About The Position

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is a global quick service restaurant company with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four prominent quick service restaurant brands: TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. The Analyst, Media, Firehouse Subs will be a dedicated resource for measurement, testing, and localized media initiatives. This role involves working with internal stakeholders and agency teams to activate measurement plans, craft testing strategies based on prior learnings, and develop a playbook of local media tactics. This is a highly visible role within the marketing team, offering opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally, work directly with media partners, and gain experience across various media channels including television, streaming, social, search, audio, and OOH. The Analyst will be pivotal to the investment strategy, providing data-backed guidance and recommendations, and driving innovation in media strategy for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in media or analytics.
  • Proficient understanding of media trends, measurement techniques, and media consumption behaviors.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal & written communication skills.
  • A desire to address challenging problems utilizing these skillsets.
  • Highly driven individual, balancing accountability, growth, and exploration within the role.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI solutions to advance the role’s responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working for or with agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft weekly media performance updates for the senior leadership team.
  • Build out a media measurement library inclusive of KPIs, measurement plans, and a best practices guide.
  • Utilize MMM and attribution tools to ensure campaign effectiveness across all campaign plans.
  • Lead regular reviews with agency teams, media partners, and measurement providers to recommend campaign optimizations.
  • Design testing plans for national and local campaign objectives, lead project teams to activate plans, and share results/recommendations with marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the insights team to apply sales forecasts, prospecting and known audience behaviors, and consumer trends across media recommendations.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the industry, acting as a subject matter expert for the team on emerging tools, technologies, and providers in the measurement and testing vertical.
