About The Position

This role supports the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid media initiatives designed to drive awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Analyst will partner closely with internal marketing stakeholders, creative teams, analytics partners, and external agency partners to deliver efficient, full-funnel media campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring media investments are optimized to achieve business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with paid media channels and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with analyzing KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of paid media strategies across digital channels including paid social, search, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic media.
  • Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to improve performance against key business objectives.
  • Partner with agency teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and aligned to strategic goals.
  • Support campaign briefing, trafficking, creative delivery, QA, and optimization processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment.
  • Analyze media performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes.
  • Utilize internal analytics tools, agency reporting, and customer data to drive recommendations.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, merchandising, analytics, finance, and e-commerce teams to support campaign objectives.
  • Communicate campaign updates, performance results, and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support alignment between media investments and broader business priorities.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, budget trackers, purchase orders, and forecasting tools.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and proactively identify campaign issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay informed on digital media trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing opportunities to continuously expand channel expertise.
