About The Position

This role supports the PLM Director in managing P&L and overall financial performance, tracking revenue and gross margin, monitoring sales activity and order backlog, and assisting with annual budgeting and 5-year planning. The analyst will track monthly shipping results, prepare business cases for R&D and CapEx investments, and partner with global sales and product marketing teams to track design-in opportunities. Responsibilities also include supporting sales in developing customer engagement plans, coordinating sample shipments, reviewing customer requirements to develop winning proposals (specs and pricing), tracking and updating in-feed development schedules, maintaining product part numbers and datasheets, and managing Product Change Notifications (PCN) to customers. Additionally, the role assists in defining and driving product strategy and monitoring the competitive landscape. The analyst will also prepare exhibition samples for industry shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Familiarity with core business concepts — P&L, gross margin, cost and pricing, business case development, and CapEx budgeting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural, global team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
