Requirements
- Basic understanding of the UPS Air and Ground Networks and knowledge of SLIC numbers used by UPS to identify locations
- Able to work under stressful situations while maintaining good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work unsupervised at times
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Tracking load movements across North American Air Freight, Air Cargo, Sleeper Team, and DirectShip transportation networks.
- Coordinating equipment repairs and schedules adjustments for drivers.
- Creating contingency transportation plans to ensure service goals are met.
