Requirements

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Series 79, 63 preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.

Responsibilities

Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room
Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC Updates
KYC/ Onboard new Lenders in our Syndicate transactions.
Assist on streamlining secondary trade settlements.
Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates.
Follow through with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responses
