About The Position

Under general supervision, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and/or experience to support the firm's Liquidity Strategy & Planning function, with a primary focus on liquidity reporting, analysis, and governance. This role supports liquidity reporting and analytics, management committee reporting, maintenance of the firm’s liquidity policy and Contingency Funding Plan (CFP), and the execution and enhancement of the firm’s Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST).

Requirements

Fundamental financial concepts including cash flows, financial statements, interest rates, and the time value of money.
Basic principles of financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Quantitative and statistical concepts used to analyze financial data and identify trends.
Financial markets and balance sheet management concepts.
Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate multiple liquidity initiatives while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Draft clear, concise, and professional committee materials, policies, and management reports.
Analyze financial and operational information to identify trends, risks, and process improvements.
Interpret policies, regulatory guidance, and governance requirements and communicate recommendations effectively.
Build strong working relationships across multiple business units and organizational levels.
Recommend process improvements that strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
Exercise sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Use Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and creating financial forecasts.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, including senior leaders.
Prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Finance or a related field.
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
General Experience - 7 to 12 months

Nice To Haves

Experience with R, Python, or another statistical modeling program is a plus.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)

Responsibilities

Support liquidity reporting, analysis, and governance activities, including management reporting, committee materials, and monitoring.
Support the ongoing sizing, analysis, and operational readiness testing of CFP actions, including funding capacity assessments and playbook documentation.
Assist with the execution, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the firm's ILST, including data collection, assumption calibration, model production, and results analysis.
Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, RJF Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), Liquidity Working Group, the Board of Directors, and other governance committees.
Support Liquidity Working Group administration, including agenda maintenance, reporting, and action items.
Monitor evolving regulatory guidance related to liquidity risk management and recommend updates to liquidity processes, policies, and documentation.
Partner with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and business units to gather information, resolve issues, and support liquidity governance processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, documentation, controls, and operational efficiency.
Support strategic initiatives related to liquidity risk management.
Support the annual review, maintenance, and enhancement of liquidity-related policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation to ensure alignment with enterprise policies and regulatory expectations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
