Position Summary The Licensing Analyst (Grade 107) role is responsible for ensuring CVS retail locations maintain all required Front Store licenses, to support uninterrupted and compliant operations. Examples of Front Store licensure include, but are not limited to, food permits, alarm permits, and hazardous waste registrations. This role supports CVS retail operations through the renewal, maintenance, and coordination of Front Store licensure, as well as licensing activities related to new store openings and store relocations. The Licensing Analyst works in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, partnering cross‑functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure licensing requirements are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Requirements

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Products including Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to set work priorities for multiple tasks.
  • Ability to perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of experience in a legal, licensing, healthcare, or other regulated environment.
  • Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process renewals of Front Store licensure, including food permits, alarm permits, and hazardous waste registrations. Ensure timely renewal submissions and ongoing compliance through coordination with regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate Front Store licensing activities in support of new store openings and store relocations, including application preparation, submission, status tracking, and follow‑up with internal partners and external agencies. Assist the Associate Manager with New/Relo project tracking and progress updates.
  • Maintain licensing databases, records, and electronic files; ensure accurate documentation and provide license copies upon request
  • Provide general licensing and administrative support, including reporting, audit support, and other duties as assigned by licensing management.
