About The Position

Verkada is seeking a highly diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team on-site at our San Mateo headquarters. In this critical role, you will partner directly with our sales, product, and finance teams to drive licensing compliance through comprehensive, large-scale record audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail and a hard-working and diligent attitude.
Strong business written and verbal communication skills that are clear, thorough and concise.
Ability to explain work to internal teams both in writing (email, Slack) or in person.
Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, California.
Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Assisting our sales/product/finance teams with licensing - reviewing customer compliance and license states
Serve as point of contact for handling licensing inquiries not described in our support knowledge base articles
Depending on the candidate’s ability and team needs, there may be room to expand into other high-impact projects at Verkada
