About The Position
The Analyst Lead, Strategy & Planning helps enhance FIS’s market position by guiding detailed analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Working closely with Strategy Leads, the role translates strategic priorities—including the Enterprise AI strategy—into clear, measurable outcomes. It partners across functions to turn data and insight into decision-ready action and support executive-level communications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant strategy experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfort and familiarity with using AI tools.
Nice To Haves
- Strategy experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm serving financial services, payments, fintech, or technology.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business outlooks to inform business planning.
- Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end by framing complex business issues, directing analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Apply financial acumen and traditional and AI-native methods to analyze operational and financial data and surface decision-ready insights.
- Support the creation of CEO-level executive communications.
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues at all levels, using interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve goals without direct control over resources.
