Requirements
- Related bachelor's degree, diploma or professional land certification.
- Up to 2-years of related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required. For candidates who do not possess a technical diploma, an additional 2-years of related experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey facts and information clearly.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, and Geographic Information System (GIS).
- Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to establish relationships at all levels and work effectively with various Enbridge groups.
- Team-oriented outlook but can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Support crossing, maintenance, and operational activities while applying established Land procedures and building foundational Land knowledge.
- Maintain and coordinate land records, agreements, collaborator information, and document repositories.
- Complete document management activities, including filing, retention, scanning, indexing, transfers, and disposition.
- Prepare correspondence, notifications, reports, and support materials.
- Conduct basic ownership, agreement, and stakeholder research to support land-related activities.
- Identify, assess, and advance legal, regulatory, contentious, or other non-routine issues as appropriate.
