It involves full-stack application and database support for mission-critical gaming and casino systems, with a focus on MS SQL Server scripting, stored procedure administration, and performance troubleshooting. The analyst will make recommendations for system improvements based on user surveys, trending reports, and system/application analysis. Responsibilities also include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and utilities for efficient and reliable system operation. The role coordinates network and PC support solutions, performs system and application analysis for performance and security, creates IT support documentation, and administers various gaming, hospitality, point of sales, accounting/financial, casino, back-of-house, and tribal applications.
