About The Position

This internship focuses on providing an outcome-oriented, analytical thinker the opportunity to work closely with the analytics team. The intern will create innovative solutions for uncertain data and ambiguous business challenges. Responsibilities include extrapolating and validating data, producing reports with professional-level graphs and charts, recognizing trends and patterns to draw meaningful conclusions, and identifying new opportunities through research and analysis. The role involves working with external customers and team members on business problems, developing relationships, and thriving in a culture of innovation.

Requirements

Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise documents
Understanding of analytics and root cause analysis with ability to communicate drivers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with data mining and analytic tools (e.g. Access, SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, etc.)
Experience with relevant business intelligence tools (PowerBI or Tableau) commonly used to organize and visualize large data sets
Familiar with modeling techniques and statistics (e.g. regression, cluster analysis, etc.)
