Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Interest in financial services and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
  • Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the 11-week Summer Internship Program (May to August)
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, with three days per week on-site in New York City
  • Passionate about technology, data, AI, and innovation, with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and make an impact
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Not authorized to work under optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).

Responsibilities

  • Focus on supporting projects that drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational effectiveness across technology teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, document improvements, and support the adoption of shared frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making, create dashboards and reports to monitor adoption and performance, and identify opportunities to improve operations through automation and enablement initiatives.
