About The Position
Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody their values to join their Information Services organization in the role of Analyst-Information Services. This role involves configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading hospital information systems, hardware, and software under direct supervision. The Analyst will also administer and maintain the security of operating systems, provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, and offer onsite support to internal users of computer applications and hardware. This position performs routine assignments using existing procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience required including pharmacy experiences.
- Requires knowledge of multi-application environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy technology, hospital pharmacy environments, or healthcare application support.
- Understanding of medication management workflows is highly valuable.
- Experience supporting healthcare applications and customer-facing technical support environments is important.
- Prefers experience with databases or clinical systems.
- Knowledge of Pyxis medication dispensing systems.
- Experience with Swisslog technologies.
- Familiarity with pharmacy automation platforms, medication dispensing workflows, ServiceNow ticketing processes, healthcare applications, and application support.
- Pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable because it provides operational understanding of medication management workflows.
