Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Information Services. This will be 100% onsite at Shadeland with some remote capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, or A/V environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical data into business insights.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze A/V asset inventories, performance data, and ticket metrics across all IU Health locations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for utilization, incident trends, and lifecycle forecasting.
• Support the intake and prioritization of A/V support requests through ServiceNow and governance workflows.
• Document system configurations, change requests, and as-built records to maintain data integrity.
• Partner with engineers to identify root cause patterns and propose process or configuration improvements.
• Manage dashboards for executive reporting, cost tracking, and vendor performance (MTTR, uptime, ticket closure rates).
• Support audit readiness, procurement forecasting, and strategic planning.
