Requirements
- Post-Secondary education in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or related field
- Experience in a related field, preferably within a Supply Chain environment
- Experience with Engineered Labour Standards (data collection, standards development, documentation) is considered an asset
- Knowledge of VBA and or Microsoft Access competency required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to partner with all levels of management and unionized colleagues and be able to communicate detailed/technical topics to non-technical audiences
Nice To Haves
- Manhattan knowledge/experience preferred
- MOST certification/understanding is an asset
- SQL knowledge is an asset
Responsibilities
- Support audits and ensure Loblaw’s methodologies / integrity is maintained at all times
- Perform data collection to support development and maintenance of Labour Standards
- Resolve any post-audit issues in a timely manner, and communicating the results to all required parties.
- Support the creation of Labour Standards methodologies and implementations
- Develop new elements using MOST analysis and/or stopwatch studies
- Analyze Labour Standards trends and improvement impacts
- Continuous Improvement identification while on-site in Loblaw’s distribution Network
- Perform system updates as required
- Support business ad-hoc projects as needed
