About The Position

The Analyst III, Technology Operations supports strategic technology initiatives by combining program management, financial oversight, and enterprise capability mapping. In this role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to define and visualize enterprise capabilities, monitor delivery progress, and ensure work stays aligned to strategy, governance standards, and resource plans. You will use data and structured problem-solving to identify risks, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement across programs. In Technology Strategy, the team addresses issues that need cross-departmental input and involvement with senior executives throughout the company. The New Ventures & Growth team partners with internal stakeholders to evaluate product roadmaps, identify gaps, and develop strategic solutions. Engaging with external venture capitalists and startups, the team fosters innovation through partnerships and acquisitions. Members align technology and business goals, applying program management skills to coordinate complex projects and ensure timely delivery. The team emphasizes structured problem-solving and clear communication, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and driving impactful results across multiple programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
  • Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Analytical strength—comfortable working with complex information to identify patterns, gaps, and actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with enterprise architecture and/or business process modeling concepts; familiarity with capability mapping methodologies and related tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of how technology strategy supports business outcomes, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of enterprise capability maps and supporting architecture diagrams, reflecting current and future-state capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders, product teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, understand strategic objectives, and ensure outputs drive decision-making.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support on-time delivery.
  • Monitor program health, including schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and spend; recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Identify resource needs, risks, and gaps; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and capability gaps; translate findings into clear visuals and executive-ready updates.
  • Establish and promote consistent tools, templates, and methodologies for capability mapping and program governance.
  • Communicate effectively through concise documentation and presentations; influence stakeholders and build alignment across teams.
