Position Summary: This job is responsible for capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions. Job expectations include collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate and facilitate the Agile Release Train ceremonies, managing dependencies on other teams in the ART, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment. This role ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery. This individual will also support coaching to help the team’s progression in Agile Team Maturity and look for opportunities to continue development. Coordinates and facilitates scrum ceremonies –e.g. Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Retrospective, and participation in ART Sync (or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums) In collaboration with the Portfolio Manager, ensures the program has a healthy product/program backlog. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the scrum team. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration to support value delivery and PI commitments. Responsible for providing status updates and reporting pertaining to scrum team plans/delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership Ensures Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the scrum team. Measures team delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews the metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Supports overall JIRA Reporting and Team Confluence Management
