Requirements

  • 5+years of experience in software development projects
  • Remedy and Service Now tool knowledge
  • Strong on collaborating with various roles
  • Familiar with JIRA tool, Matter most, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge on AI tools like Copilot-Chat or GitHub Copilot, good ability to write prompts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates

Responsibilities

  • Capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories.
  • Creating change tickets and support end to end release work per enterprise change standards.
  • Reading the sharepoint data entered by developers and convert into remedy or service now tickets for the integrated, independent or ad-hoc releases.
  • Being responsible for all pre and post release activities, communication, and coordination.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all activities involved to plan production deployment.
  • Working in conjunction with developers, testers and enterprise release team to create Change tickets in Remedy or Service Now tool.
  • Preparing and presenting Release manifest to senior leadership.
  • Tracking all release level tasks and communicating progress to the stakeholders.
  • Conducting Retrospectives for all releases and following up on any required action.
  • Assessing potential lower-level and production environment risks and making detailed decisions that impact the environments stability for customers.
  • Reviewing change request details, performing Copilot-assisted QA reviews of CRQ intake requests and aligning with audit regulations and best practices to meet ECM submissions.
  • Understanding stakeholders need to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
  • Supporting cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy.
  • Gathering and cataloging functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Identifying the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assisting with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design.
  • Assisting users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
  • Documenting processes, procedures and workflows for technology as needed.
