Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 3+ years’ sales operations experience
  • Must have experience delivering projects or programs with quantifiable KPI improvements
  • Proven communication, collaboration, and influencing skills tailored to audience
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python (or similar analytical packages) required

Responsibilities

  • Support the commission calculation and adjustment processes, including investigation of commission errors within tight SLA and prompt communications with the field and Payroll teams and providing recommendations for solution.
  • Collect, process, and analyze sales data, including sales metrics, customer data, and market trends, to provide strategic recommendations for sales strategy improvement.
  • Leverage data to drive insights and provide strategic recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate strategic sales reports and dashboards, expressing key performance indicators to track progress. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and support changes as appropriate.
  • Partner with Sales Ops leadership to support programs from inception to finalization.
  • Identify sales tooling and processes for improvement and coordinate with peers to expand capabilities with measurable impact.
  • Disseminate best practices across the sales organization and provide feedback from voice of customer programs
  • Collect and share best practices, sales success and case studies to provide sales team with expanding toolbox to tailor to customer interaction and proposals.
  • Perform additional duties and other ad-hoc special projects assigned by leadership
