Requirements

• 3+ years of overall experience with HPE NonStop Guardian environment (PATHWAY/NETBATCH/TACL).
• Experience with file transfer solutions SFTP and IBM Connnect:Direct.
• Basic understanding of network architecture. (IP addresses/VIPs/ports)
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers.
• MQ support/implementation knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Capital Markets (settlement/clearance) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day level two support for a real-time settlement and clearance application, interacting with internal implementation teams, external vendors, and development.
• Works with internal and external teams on application configuration, file transfers, MQ, and connectivity.
• Collaborate with development partners to continuously improve resiliency and stability.
• Interfaces with project managers and development teams to implement required application changes.
• Provide overall operational support when required.
