About The Position

The Analyst II supports project intake and PMO governance while leading change management and learning activities that drive accurate, compliant project data and time reporting. The role is based in the Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The Analyst II reports to the Manager, Business Analysis and Governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management or related experience.
  • Experience with project management lifecycles, methodologies, and governance practices.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and delivering training.
  • Experience creating process documentation, job aids, and supporting materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Tempo or similar time-tracking tools.
  • PMP or CAPM certification.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain projects in Jira, ensuring accurate and consistent project data.
  • Lead change management, training, and end-user support activities that promote accurate, timely, and consistent Tempo time reporting.
  • Coordinate enterprise project intake activities, including meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Support audits of project artifacts, data, and processes to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and PMO governance requirements.
  • Generate and maintain project reporting, including project master lists, status reports, dashboards, and related analytics.
  • Maintain and enhance PMO templates, processes, policies, and SharePoint content in partnership with PMO leadership.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to project data, tools and reporting; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to PMO continuous improvement initiatives and, based on experience and skills, manage selected PMO-sponsored projects.
