The Crown Is Yours As an Analyst II, Casino Analytics, you'll turn data into decisive action that strengthens our operations and fuels smarter decision-making. You'll partner across teams to evaluate workflows, uncover emerging trends, and build reporting infrastructure that keeps our business running at scale. In this role, you'll translate complex analyses into clear insights that shape strategy, improve efficiency, and support high-impact initiatives across evolving products and markets. Your work will drive visibility, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of analytics or data science experience.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Matlab.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing; experience building models is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to uncover new insights from data.

  • Build, automate, and continuously improve scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that empower teams to make faster, data-driven decisions.
