About The Position

This is a fully onsite position. The ICQA Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factor's control standards. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems; ability to perform accurate data entry and transaction auditing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable working on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variances
• Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation
• Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation processes
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events
• Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit outcomes
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs and proper handling procedures
• Track and contribute data to ICQA KPI reporting (accuracy %, adjustment rate, shrinkage %)
