This position is responsible for using Key Process Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring all analysis and planning activities such as fill rates, safety stock, demand and sales fluctuations, lead time, Month on Hand (MOH), inventory dollar, Cost of Sale (COS), etc. to maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and our MOH inventory dollar. The role involves establishing and monitoring target inventory levels, monitoring key planning inputs, managing inventory dollar purchase patterns, and developing action plans to resolve issues impacting inventory plans. The analyst will schedule and revise shipment plans for efficient distribution, analyze inventory levels and demand to determine reorder levels, and maintain inventory through documentation, processing, and system review. Additionally, the role requires analyzing, reconciling, and resolving inventory discrepancies, collaborating with various teams (Marketing, TSSC, Japan, Cross Functional groups, item master team) to ensure parts information, availability, and process improvements, executing strategies for new and discontinued products, and monitoring 24/7 After Hours support activities and reporting KPIs for this program. Auditing and processing 3rd Party Logistics invoices is also a responsibility.
