The Crown Is Yours As an Analyst I on the Customer Forecasting team, you’ll shape how we evaluate and optimize marketing performance across the business. You’ll uncover trends, support machine learning initiatives, and build dashboards that guide high-impact decisions. Partnering with teams across marketing, finance, and analytics, you’ll drive smarter spend strategies and more accurate forecasts. Your curiosity and analytical skills will directly influence how we allocate resources and refine our marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience, in a work or academic setting.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification), and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with SQL or Snowflake, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methodologies.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and tools such as Databricks, Airflow, XGBoost, or version control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage forecasting and data analysis techniques to measure, monitor, and predict new customer acquisition trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, interpret findings, and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities within forecasts.
  • Develop and enhance machine learning models, automated tools, and Tableau dashboards to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making across stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine forecasting methodologies by incorporating new data sources and analytical approaches.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and high-impact projects that drive innovation and inform long-term marketing strategy.
  • Champion best practices in data integrity, reporting, and automation to ensure consistent and reliable insights.
