About The Position

This is a Temporary Assignment for an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast) role. The position is located in Los Angeles, CA, 90038 and is an Onsite Work Type for a duration of 9 Months.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data.
• Strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, desired but not required.
• SuccessFactors, or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience managing tickets in ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Update and correct employee records in response to identified errors, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data.
• Apply strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Possess a solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type.
