About The Position

The HR Operations Engineering team designs and scales compliant, efficient HR processes, programs, and systems that support a growing global workforce. The Analyst, HR Compliance & Operations executes and continuously improves the programs and controls that sit at the intersection of HR, Legal, Security, Procurement, and IT — with a focus on contingent worker governance, Public Sector requirements, and audit-ready operations. This work is executed against a backdrop of significant organizational growth and IPO readiness, where audit defensibility, process maturity, and scalable governance are not aspirational — they are operational requirements.
