Job Summary Responsible for supporting a variety of financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that contribute to operational strategy and business performance. Requires strong analytical capabilities, problem‑solving skills, and initiative to partner with cross‑functional business leaders. Works with moderate guidance within area of expertise. Job Description Core Responsibilities Prepares, analyzes, and updates monthly forecasts and supports development of annual operating budgets for assigned business areas. Supports operational expense (OpEx) planning, including headcount and personnel‑related costs, freight and shipping, technology, engineering, and additional cost categories as required. Performs variance analysis by comparing actuals versus forecast and budget, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Assists with the month‑end close process by reviewing monthly trends and evaluating cost drivers to ensure accuracy of reported results. Prepares, monitors, and analyzes financial data to support business decisions and provide insight into operational performance. Partners with multiple business stakeholders to manage costs, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and budget expectations. Delivers financial presentations and prepares PowerPoint materials for leaders and business partners. Conducts financial modeling and analysis using income statements, present/future value calculations, and other standard methods. Provides management with timely, accurate information on cost, performance metrics, and project evaluations. Supports evaluation of corporate projects and investments through in‑depth financial analysis. Essbase (Nice to have) Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel : VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, and basic macros
