About The Position

The Analyst Financial Systems supports the day-to-day administration and optimization of Oracle Cloud applications, with a focus on financial modules. The role analyzes and resolves system issues, develops reporting and analytics tools, and collaborates with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and system performance. It also assists with system configuration, testing, and deployments, supports Enterprise Data Management activities, maintains documentation and standards, and works with third-party vendors on complex issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, Oracle System Administrator, or in a related technical or functional role.
• Strong understanding of the Oracle full suite, especially financial modules.
• Experience with OTBI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
• Broader experience across Oracle Financials, including GL, AP, and Cash Management.
• Background in data governance, master data management, or financial system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and optimization of Oracle Cloud applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across financial modules.
• Develop and maintain business process reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Build and modify reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or related reporting platforms.
• Gather requirements with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows and system performance.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes and updates.
• Partner with data governance teams and support Enterprise Data Management (EDM) activities.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Work with third-party vendor support to resolve complex system issues.
