Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Pricing and Reimbursement team in the role of Senior Financial Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, healthcare management or related field required.
• Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 year of experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Requires a demonstrated knowledge and expertise in data management applications, specifically Excel, SQL, Power Bi and other reporting tools.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports the financial team in providing actionable information (including analysis, reporting, Pro Formas) to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Provides analytical and consultative support to departmental and service line management and key stakeholders.
• Analyzes diverse sets of data including financial, operational, clinical and economic, to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Interprets financial or other information on costs, prices, expenses, revenues and various clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management.
• Develops analysis of economic indicators to prepare forecasts and analyze the organization's short, medium, and long-term position.
• Provides technical support on complex analysis and may informally lead team members.
