Your Contribution: Help our Americas Business Unit make informed business decisions by supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities. You will play an important role in ensuring financial data is accurate, meaningful, and delivered on time to support business performance and strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships across teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with financial systems; SAP or SAP BPC experience is an advantage.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, processing, or another asset-intensive industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning activities.
• Help collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational performance data.
• Prepare reports and insights that help leaders understand business performance.
• Review information for accuracy and perform quality checks on financial data and reports.
• Support planning systems and reporting tools, including SAP and SAP BPC.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with finance and operational teams across the business.
