About The Position

The Financial Advisory Analyst is a critical member of the relationship management team for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community. This is a Summer 2026 opening for college Seniors graduating in Winter 2025/Spring 2026. Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Requirements

  • College Seniors graduating in Winter 2025/Spring 2026
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactively and independently solve problems while exercising sound judgment
  • Demonstrated passion in high-touch client service and the utmost adherence to confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for learning
  • Expressed interest in a career in Private Wealth Management

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client balance sheets and develop asset allocation analyses.
  • Monitor client investment performance and manage quarterly portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset classes, investment products, macroeconomics, client customizations, and professional communication.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for clients’ financial and estate planning needs.
  • Participate in equity and option trading activities with increasing responsibilities for investment execution.
  • Gather, prepare, and coordinate client tax data and documentation.
  • Be exposed to and involved in direct private investments, client interactions, and other critical family office operations.
