Analyst Finance (Fresh Meats)
About The Position
The purpose of this position is to provide accounting and financial planning and analysis support to the Fresh Meats (Beef and Pork) group. This includes generating reports and analyzing/summarizing data to provide insights, assisting with forecasts and financial documents, identifying drivers in budget to actual variances, working as a liaison between corporate and plant contacts and other duties to partner with the business. We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, well organized, comfortable multi-tasking, focused on continuous improvement and automation, and have strong analytical/problem solving skills. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial field preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key management leadership at all levels.
- Minimal travel may be required.
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
