Requirements
- Working toward or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree
- Analytically minded and strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute to hard-working teams
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, meaningful recommendations
- A high degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations

Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet analyses and research.
- Contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems.
- Offer perspectives into a broader business conversation, all while working collaboratively in a team setting.
- Collaborating with different levels of management within multiple businesses or functions to seek opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Conducting primary and secondary research and developing insights into conclusions.
- Presenting solutions to Fidelity management and business leaders.
- Supporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives.
