The Pratt & Whitney Total Rewards organization is seeking a high-energy, self-starting business professional to support processes impacting executive data and programs for assigned business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
  • Professional human resources or compensation certification(s)
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and quality; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including: Word, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), and PowerPoint
  • Able to work with highly sensitive and confidential material; possesses good business judgment and ethics
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Prior Human Resources experience preferred; benefits and/or payroll experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Track and own all executive transactions for Pratt & Whitney
  • Provide top-notch professional customer support to business unit HR and executives
  • Prepare materials for executive transaction approval
  • Support the executive compensation planning process
  • Own and maintain executive leveling process for Pratt & Whitney
  • Manage executive hire and departure process
  • Liaise with DT, payroll, and tax teams to ensure accurate data maintained and processed
  • Update and maintain employee files and records, and maintain utmost confidentiality
  • Support executive data reporting requests
  • Conduct executive data audits
  • Submit and track special payment requests
  • Update and maintain standard work and related documentation
