About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Executive Compensation, the Executive Compensation Analyst will support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and other executive rewards. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and an interest in executive pay strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Assist in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leadership meetings Support the administration of annual and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including tracking awards and performance metrics Conduct market benchmarking and analysis using compensation surveys and public filings (e.g., proxy statements) Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS) Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to support compensation cycle processes Participate in preparing executive offer letters, retention summaries, and pay analyses Stay current on executive pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practices Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts) and familiarity with PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in developing expertise in executive compensation strategy, governance, and analytics
  • 1+ years of Compensation or Executive Compensation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

  • Familiarity with Workday and survey tools preferred
