About The Position

The ERP Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Trinity Health’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to ensure reliable financial, supply chain, and operational workflows. This role partners with clinical and non-clinical departments to translate business needs into system solutions that improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency. The ERP Analyst promotes system standardization, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Project Leadership Training
• Staff on Information Systems
• Data Analysis and Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into ERP system configurations and enhancements aligned with organizational standards.
• Maintain and support ERP modules, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving user inquiries, and coordinating upgrades or patches.
• Develop, validate, and maintain system reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support financial, operational, and regulatory reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test system changes, implement new functionality, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Document system workflows, configuration decisions, and support procedures to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in system optimization initiatives and provide end-user training to improve adoption, accuracy, and overall system effectiveness.
