Pay Grade Temporary Position Summary The CPS Energy Internship Program is designed to meet the industry’s rapidly changing workforce needs by providing College students in San Antonio with an opportunity to be paired with a mentor, acquiring meaningful hands-on experiences that expand their understanding of the industry and expose them to essential skills they must acquire or develop for career success. The internship is designed to enable the intern to learn how to perform in a work environment and acquire businessstrategy. Applicants must reside in the San Antonio Metropolitan area and be currently enrolled in school or have recently graduated to qualify. The ERP Transformation Team is seeking a Business Planning Intern to support the Enterprise Resource Planning program through foundational training, qualitative analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The intern will gain hands-on experience by completing introductory Power BI training, conducting cross-functional interviews, and contributing to planning and reporting activities across multiple workstreams. This role is designed to strengthen communication, analytical, and presentation skills while supporting key program objectives.
