About The Position

As the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager you will collaborate with business teams to evaluate, design, and enhance processes within the ERP, ensuring technology solutions align with strategic goals. Drive the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Dynamics 365 in partnership with our Systems Integrator. Lead system updates, regression testing, and technical integrations to maximize ERP performance and impact. This position will require regular (every week) in-person attendance at one of our Foley Equipment offices with a partial week work-from-home opportunity. At this time, fully-remote is not available. Kansas City or Park City preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ERP systems and leading ERP migrations or long-term projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Skilled in business process mapping, analysis, and redesign to drive efficiency and impact.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Confident presenting to and engaging with executives, managers, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot, and agentic AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices, with occasional travel as needed to support business initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organization.
  • Own the D365 ERP architecture, driving smart solution design, scalable configurations, and minimal customizations.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into high-impact ERP solutions that streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and user adoption in collaboration with internal teams and system integrators.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging the full power of D365.
  • Guide release management, updates, QA, and performance optimization to ensure a stable, secure environment.
  • Serve as the primary ERP leader, managing vendor relationships, resolving escalations, and presenting project updates to executive leadership.
  • Support organization-wide change management and training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Travel as needed to support training and multi-site operations.
