About The Position

We are hiring an ERP / IT Specialist to support and optimize enterprise systems within a manufacturing and operations environment. This role is responsible for ERP administration, user support, system integration, and general IT infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system uptime. The ideal candidate has experience supporting ERP platforms in industrial settings and understands how technology directly impacts production, inventory management, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

Experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of inventory control, production workflows, and operational systems
General IT support experience including hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
Clear communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP system configuration or integration preferred

Responsibilities

Administer and support ERP systems used for manufacturing, inventory, and operational processes
Troubleshoot ERP issues, manage user permissions, and assist with system upgrades
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance teams to improve workflows and reporting
Support IT infrastructure including hardware, software, workstations, and basic networking
Maintain data integrity, system backups, and ERP documentation
Assist with reporting enhancements and process automation initiatives
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers on ERP and IT projects
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
