About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our ERP Systems team in the role of Senior Applications Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst. This role leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation, and support of new systems and enhancements. The analyst acts as a strategic business partner to identify, assess, and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. They analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and work collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain, and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision. Additionally, the role assists with maintaining the security of operating systems and provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications. The Senior Applications Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst solves complex problems and takes a new perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
  • Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas: Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom). Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
  • Requires experience with professional software.
  • Requires project management skills.
  • Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
