Summer 2026 Intern - Analyst, Endpoint Management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Services, this intern role supports Financial Advisor (FA) onboarding. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern to support our technology team in creating, updating, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SharePoint or similar tools
- Basic understanding of IT systems and concepts
- Familiarity with Visio or diagramming tools
- Capability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities across Digital Workplace, IAM, Telecom, Service Desk, and Security teams
- Tracking onboarding dependencies and readiness blockers
- Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into clear written content
- Review and improve existing documentation for clarity and consistency
- Support documentation for projects such as system implementations and disaster recovery playbooks
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint or similar tools)
- Develop diagrams and visual aids where applicable
- Contribute to documentation standards and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned.
