The Analytics & Testing team supports the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Ecommerce analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and performance measurement tools. The team partners closely with Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Experience, Global Web Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver reporting, insights, and testing initiatives that enhance site performance and customer experience. The Ecommerce & Testing Analyst will support the execution and ongoing development of our Web Analytics and experimentation capabilities. This role partners across Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Content, Marketing, Data Science, and Global Web Analytics teams to analyze performance, support testing initiatives, and deliver clear, actionable reporting. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into practical insights that inform day-to-day business decisions.
