Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish
At least 5 years of experience of project management in an environment with strong operational metrics
At least 3 years of experience of Procurement processes
Graduated degree in Engineering, Finance, Civil Engineering, Systems or Administration.
PC Programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel and ERP SAP.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

Strategically enhance procurement processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier relationships.
Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge e-sourcing tool across all organizational levels within the country, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance procurement operations.
Conduct training sessions for procurement staff on the utilization of the e-sourcing tool to maximize its benefits.
Monitor and report on the e-sourcing tool’s performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation related to procurement processes and the e-sourcing tool to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Champion change management initiatives related to the adoption of the e-sourcing tool, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the procurement function.
