The AIM (Analytics, Investment & Marketing Enablement) team, part of GCS Marketing, serves as the analytical engine for American Express's Global Commercial business portfolio. This organization aims to accelerate growth, increase profitability, and enhance its value proposition by providing consultative and innovative solutions. The team supports the GCS Marketing business by delivering actionable insights to guide business strategy and growth. The incumbent in this role will collaborate closely with the Marketing organization to provide meaningful analytics and actionable insights that contribute to growth strategies. The Analyst will conduct analyses to inform strategic decisions, measure campaign performance, perform ROI analysis, and deliver key insights to empower the business.
