About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Experienced Analyst – Data Quality and Automation to join our Data Team. The position is based out of US/LATAM. This role will be critical for reliability data across the organization. Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, this individual will implement day-to-day quality operations, support automation initiatives, and engage partners across different organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of significant professional experience
  • Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving outlook for continuous improvement and operational performance.
  • Shown ability in communications and partnership across teams

Responsibilities

  • Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality across systems.
  • Identify, investigate, to data discrepancies and root causes; advance challenges and support resolution.
  • Building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improving data.
  • Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators; identifying trends and improvements
  • Partner with different functions and organizations within Supply chain to understand data needs and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-base content to sustain operations.
