Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application) in a STEM major or with STEM coursework learned in associated majors.
  • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excelled in previous work experience.
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
  • Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AWS environment including EMR, Glue, Step Functions.
  • Familiarity with languages like python/pyspark.
  • Familiarity with coding environments like Git.
  • Familiarity with coding assistants like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage modern, cloud-based technologies to develop data pipelines that collect, manage, and transform raw data into usable information for business analysis, data science, and other analytic use cases.
  • Build modern software systems with Blue/Green Deployment, chaos testing, A/B testing, API and Agents to support the data needs of the customers with adherence to all code/data quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of AIG and the insurance industry.
  • Learn new skills through meaningful on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses.
  • Build connections with colleagues across the organization through exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking, and volunteering.
