About The Position

This role focuses on continuous improvement within the KHC and Dollar General Supply Chains. The analyst will provide analytics and technical support, leveraging technologies like Excel, Power BI, SAP, and PowerPoint to develop solutions that streamline organizational processes. Working closely with their Manager, the analyst will develop routines, rituals, and reports to optimize key performance indicators such as fill rates, in-stocks, cost reduction, forecast improvement, and on-time delivery. The position also involves supporting best practices and accountability across customer and sales teams, with direct connectivity to KHC’s supply chain performance and execution team.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, forecasting or supply/operations planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn on the fly
  • Strong communication (oral, written, presentation)
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Desire to be technical using analytic tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations or supply chain management or related field

Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement across KHC and Dollar General Supply Chains
  • Analytics and technical support to leverage latest technologies (Excel, Power BI, SAP, PowerPoint) to develop solutions to streamline work across the organization
  • Work alongside their Manager to develop routines/rituals, reports, etc. to maximize results that include (fill rates, in stocks, cost reduction, forecast improvement, on time and case fill etc.)
  • Support best practices and accountability across the customer and sales teams that will include daily, weekly and monthly direct connectivity w/ KHC’s supply chain performance and execution team.
  • “Go to” person for data, analytics and process requests with your core team
  • Training and mastery of customer ordering system to maximize fill rate, instocks, and on-time KPIs.
