About The Position

The Analyst, Commercial Finance supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis related to network optimization and store performance. This role combines analytical skills with business acumen to support decision-making and drive profitability across our Owned & Operated (O&O) portfolio. The Analyst, Commercial Finance will play a key role in connecting financial insight to business action, helping optimize our Owned & Operated (O&O) retail network and supporting sustainable growth through insight, efficiency, and storytelling.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial finance experience or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting insights clearly and confidently.
• Curious, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

• Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-unit operations preferred
• Experience in a global or matrixed environment with cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Balance recurring financial reporting cycles with project-based analytical work.
• Partner across Finance, Real Estate, and Sales to strengthen business collaboration and drive financial understanding.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to increase forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and insight generation. This includes leveraging technology, automation, and data visualization to drive transparency and decision-making quality.
